Free shipping on U.S. orders over $50.

Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery estimates
Standard shipping: 7-10 business days. Expedited shipping: 3-5 business days. Delivery times vary by location and the method chosen at checkout.

Shipping rates
Orders over $50 ship free within the United States. Below $50, rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and the method you select. You'll see the exact rate before you complete your order.

Order tracking
Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the U.S., email support@beardmache.com and we'll do our best to accommodate you. On any order shipped internationally, customs and import duties are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping it.

Lost or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 2 days of delivery and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
