Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email support@beardmache.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us right away and we'll make it right.

Non-returnable items

Personal care products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Unopened products in original packaging are returnable under the terms above. Sale items and gift cards are final.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new one.

Refunds

We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, email support@beardmache.com.
